How to make civil soul

step 1:GM will speak in all sever Chnnel war has begin at 6:00 game time=7 pm malaysia. This time mortal lvl 351 below can do civil soul and will get 10k hp and 2000k strng u can only do 6:00 game time until 7 game time.Monday until friday u can do it .Bring 1 lak scrap only,ori scrap cannot do ok, go to civil delegate locate at armia town.then right click at civil delgate.

 step 2. click comfirm button

 step 3: u will get 1 hour soul,10k hp,2000 strng,2000 int.. Soul only can use for 1 hour only.

step 5:All item will lossing if failed combination. If succed anct will resulting in weapon+9 at slot 1.
