How to make civil soul

step 1:GM will speak in all sever Chnnel war has begin at 6:00 game time=7 pm malaysia. This time mortal lvl 351 below can do civil soul and will get 10k hp and 2000k strng u can only do 6:00 game time until 7 game time.Monday until friday u can do it .Bring 1 lak scrap only,ori scrap cannot do ok, go to civil delegate locate at armia town.then right click at civil delgate.

 step 2. click comfirm button

 step 3: u will get 1 hour soul,10k hp,2000 strng,2000 int.. Soul only can use for 1 hour only.

           slot 3: any item +7-9   slot 4: any item +7-9   slot 5: any item+7-9  slot 6 : any item +7-9

step 4 :Click button confirm if u really-really want do this anct like this.

step 5:All item will lossing if failed combination. If succed anct will resulting in weapon+9 at slot 1.

Aki is one of the Tool Dealers in WYD Global. These Tool Dealers NPCs (non-player characters) are located in the city map of every town. They sell consumables and basic survival stuff. Be sure to visit them to restock on items before a doing any quests or hunting on any dungeons.

Merchant Nell 

Here is one of the Merchant Nell in WYD Global. Merchant Nell is the only merchant in WYD Global that sells premium items. These premium items will greatly help you in your everyday journeys and adventures. Merchant Nell NPC (non-player characters) are located in the city map of every town
